peaceful community

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I stayed at the Springs for a year and had no problems.
I wouldn't listen to the complaints, a lot of them seem extranneous. Apartment is a little older and had a few minor problems, but maintenance was responsive. 974sq. feet for a single person in a one bedroom loft is for kings.
If you don't like to live in minority neighborhoods, don't move here. Most of the residents are hard working and decent. One drug bust does not speak for the whole community.
PROS:
-square footage
-wooded community
-convenience to GA400, QT, and Publix
CONS:
-wooded ground floors have insects (but relatively all aparments in ATL have insects)
-gas range is good, but heating is costly for 1BR studio.
Overall, a great spot for working bachelor who needed to be in the area.
