Not bad, but not great either

Now called Legacy Key.
It's usually pretty quiet and it appears that most of the thugs have moved out. The property has recently been acquired by a new company and it appears that they are serious about cleaning it up. New appliances, ceramic tile, new gates, numerous parking lot improvements, and new landscaping.
I have had an occasional ant problem, but nothing a little Raid couldn't fix. I rarely see roaches.
The management is average. They aren't good about returning calls, so you'll have to manage them. Maintenance is usually responsive, which is unusual for apartments in Atlanta.
Over all, not a bad place for a working single guy. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
