After the last buy-out, the property's management changed and it's a whole new world. They don't make an effort to do anything.
There's trash all over the complex. You never see the staff picking up around the area anymore. The pools are filthy, full of leaves and literal trash. The AC in the fitness center hasn't worked in weeks. The lights around the mail and garbage areas have been out for a month.
When you call about problems, they tell you "I'll look into it," and that's the end. Or they just lie and say the problem's been addressed when you know it hasn't.
