I have lived in Legacy Key when it was Dunwoody Springs and really liked it before the ownership changed. If there was a maintanence problem, the management at DS was on it. Now it's a total nightmare. I had a rat in my home and called several times before someone came and patched up the hole. New tile has been placed in the bathrooms and kitchen and the chaulk is constantly coming up. When the new tile was being installed, the crew messed up my washing machine and it hasn't been the same since. There have been drug dealers, addicts and drag queens to move in and out constantly and I wouldn't recommend that anyone move in!!!!!!!!!! I have also had a problem with termites and althougth they were outside of my apt, I felt it was my duty to report it. Management once again took their time and the siding is now chewed away and looks awful.
