Hell Naw!

I live here and there's no way on God's green earth I would recommend anyone to live here. I should have listened to the Sandy Springs Enforcement Officers when they advised against it.
Parking:
The parking is OK, at best. There's ample parking spaces but all the lights are blown in the complex, so when you get out of the car, you're in complete darkness. Then there's people walking around all hours of the night. You don't really see them until you drive up on them or they walk up on you. Not to mention the gate has been broken since I moved in, so any and everyone drives through. I can't tell you how many car drive through the complex, park for a few minutes, before another car drives up. One person gets out, there's an exchange of "some kind" and then they get back in the car and coincidently they both drive away.
Noise:
There s no complaint about the noise. There may be a car that drives through from time to time with the music up too loud, but that s about it. I do hear my neighbor all to well. I can hear her conversations and her arguments. It s entertaining, when you turn off all the lights, etc and get ready for bed. I can even here her late night visitors. The walls are that thin
Grounds:
That s funny. They don t upkeep anything. It s like putting scotch tape over a hole. Like I said, the gate has been broken since I moved in. I get a new excuse or reason why it s not being fixed. But, they re always working on it according to Management.
The pool has been closed (locked with pad lock) for most of the summer. When it s not the color is brown and murky looking. Who s gonna step foot in that' The furniture is turn over and dirty, there are chemicals left out for anyone to get to. Make sure you keep any eye on your kids .
The gym is a whole nother story. I went in there on day one and found a used (filled) condom in the bathroom. The toilet was filled with urine and un-flushed with that brown ring around it. The equipment doesn t work 100%. Now there s a dead bolt lock on the door so you can t use it. There s no notice on when it s going to be up and running again.
Safety:
Like I mentioned earlier, the lighting is horrible. They don t replace light bulbs like they should. The garbage area is dark and overflowing so it s not safe or wise to empty trash at night, only in the day time. When you tell Management about it, they say Ok, Thanks. We ll get on that But there s still nothing done about it. My section of the complex has been in complete darkness since the middle of September.
The shrubs aren t cut back like they should be. You have to call Management (again) and let them know the safety hazard it causes in order to get them to do anything.
Construction:
They ve been doing construction since I moved in. I ve yet to see them fix anything' LOL! After they rebuilt the apartment that burned down, there hasn t been any progress. They pool is always being worked on and it s still locked. It s too cold to get in it now, so I guess they can push that to the back, until next year.
Maintenance:
You can call the office and let them know the problems and issues you have. Maintenance won t come quickly. You ll most likely have to call more than once. What a pain! I haven t had my AC filter changed since I moved in. I work from home, so I m always here. They say they spray for bugs, but for the last 6 months, no one has come into my place. When you mention it to them, they lie and say You were on the list , I ll have them come back out for you. They never come.
Staff:
No comment. They tell you want you want to hear, just to get you off the phone or out the office. There s always an excuse for what s wrong with the complex. I ve talk to someone in the office that admits it s some BS.
Overall
I can t wait for my lease to expire. If I could get out before then, I d be all over it. Don t make the mistake I did. However, if you do .go into it with your eyes open and
