This complex and the management is the worst ever. I've lived here for about a year. Since I've been in this apartment there has been nothing but issues. My sunroom wasn't even painted it had crap on the walls of it, cracks all around it leading from the outside allowing water bugs and all other creepy crawly things coming in. I requested back when I moved in May that they come out and caulk up the sunroom so that the bugs won't come in, after calling repeatedly for months they finally came out in damn DECEMBER to do it. Then all summer long waterbugs and millipedes came in the house. I had to vacumm every day literally to get the bugs up.....so unsanitary. And now it's the damn invasion of the ants, they have a serious problem out here. Ants are coming out of the light sockets, the cabinets, the many cracks in the walls.

Then they send fire marshall damn bill insects killer out here with his watered down bug spray and hell i would've thought it had sugar in it bcs the bugs got worse. The ants were all in my utensil drawer, I had to wash all of my dishes out bcs they went from one cabinet to another. My house is clean and there's no reason for me to have "bugs life" in my house. The last straw is when I found an ant in my baby's bottle! Now how in the hell did an ant get into there and that was in the fride. This is rediculous.

The maintanance and the people at the office are the worst. They don't respond to any requests, you have to go off deduct off of your rent and do like I did and print out your phone records to show them before they'll attend to you. The only good thing is the size of my apartment. The pool hasn't been opened since I've been here, nor has the fitness room. The laundry room is filthy, everytime I go in there there's dirty panties, trash and Lord knows whatever else is on the floor. I think they clean it out once a month. There's trash everywhere along the complex. Poor lighting, the damn bushes are as big as the building, hell someone can jump out at you and knock you in the head before you'd know it. The gate has never worked since I've been. This place is a poor mess. They don't care. I wouldn't recommend this to Satan himself. Don't do it.
