Its not worth it

I would not move here again. I lived here 1 year, and actually doubled up my rent for a single month just to get out early.
Biggest complaints: I moved in and you could tell that a tenant prior to me had had the door kicked in, they were going to replace the door and door jam - I am still waiting. Ants everywhere - put everything you own in plastic. Grounds maintenance is a roll of the dice as far as I am concerned, safety lights go out and get fixed and go out again. The "Fence & Gates" are worthless. People jump the fence all the time and the gates have never worked. Weather seals - do your own. What they provide doesnt cut it. People smoking, whatever they choose to smoke, will seep into your apartment.
Ok info: I always brought my faceplate in, but I have to admit I never once had my car broken into.
While its noisy - due to lack of quality in buildings - neighbors arent to bad except in summer when all they do is stand outside and talk till very late in the evening. It might be better further from the entrances. Parking - I always had a parking spot near my door. They allowed me to put extra locks on my doors, I had to leave them behind - but that extra measure of safety was nice.
