My time there was cool...

When I first went to check out the apartments, they had just built the building that's located to the right of the leasing office. I was told that building had burned down and they rebuilt. I checked out a "used" apartment, and I didn't like it at all. It's just something about having a "NEW" apartment and being the 1st tenant. The rent at first for the new apartment was $900 I believe, but my employer, Home Depot, was a preferred company and I got a discount for $840 I believe.
My close friend at the time didn't like the apartment at first because there were people walking around at night, but we never ever had problems. I say just be sociable and you will be okay. There was one tenant who lived down stairs who had a verbal fight with his girl friend or whatever, but it was just a semi thing. No drama, no police...just a mad black woman fussing at night. It was kind of entertaining and funny to us.
I lived on the 2nd floor, and loved the apartment. It was very spacious, and I loved the kitchen space. Maintenance was good too. When I first moved in, the new refrigerator went out, and that same day a maintained guy came out and changed my fridge out for a new one! He was a cool dude too, made short convo to make sure if I had any other problems he wouldn't mind fixing anything in a timely manner. I also bought an extra door lock just for the safety of my son and I. Called maintained and they came right over and installed it for me!
I spoke to my neighbors, and anyone else I passed by. Never had my car broken into, never had any bad run-ins with anyone there. Parking for me was good. I had a new truck so I would double park sometimes...never had a problem with other tenants when doing so. There was a street light shinning bright also, so I wasn't scared to go out at night, or come home.
The location was good for me too. I was right down the street from PUBLIX and KROGER.
Overall I had a good experience living at Legacy Keys. I paid my rent on time, and didn't have any issues with my apartment so I didn't need to speak with anyone at the office ever. I'm glad too because I don't think they were ever there.
I would only recommend staying in the semi-newly built building...that is, if they have been well maintained! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
