Not a good place to live. Even though Rent is cheap,Since these are old apartments we will be forced turn on heater whole night. Because of this ,Monthly gas prices will be around $150 per month in winter, And water usage is calculated based on the hot water usage, which will become $100 for family of two
Pool always closed and Gym never useful ( No power available). No lights in tennis courts.People used to take their pets in to tennis courts for walking and you can see lots of pet wastage around tennis courts.
Theft is normal in this apartment.
Maintenance is too bad. People in the leasing office are mad.

You poor soul! I lived there from early 2005 to early 2007, and that whole time the pool was closed. It would open for a couple of days then, they would close it. The water was a cloudy or milky color. The gym door would be left wide open with leaves everywhere or used condom in the bathroom. Ick! Then they decided to closed the gym and dead bolt the door closed so no one could use it.

I agree with you 100%.... This place is a dump
