I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone! The only positive attribute are several friendly leasing agents, the great views from the apartment, and excellent access onto 285, 400, and 85.



The problems started several weeks after my roommate and I moved in. The 20" wheels were stolen from our truck while it was parked in the parking deck! No reparations were given to us by the apartment even though the entrance gate was broken when the theft occured. The gate has been broken more than it has worked! In fact, it is wide open as I type this now. To make matters worse, my neighbors have also experienced either break ins or car theft/vandalism due to this gate problem. There are many instances of insurance agents at the property and also Dekalb police. A call to the regional manager of this company did not yield any results other than a message of apology on my answering machine.



Other problems include lack of lighting and drainage issues in the pet walk area. If not for the car theft and vandalism problem, I would consider renewing my lease in December of 2004. However, I do not feel any satisfaction as a customer and that I am not getting my money's worth. Rent here at your own risk!
