Having lived in apartments most of my life, I recognize the frustration that the above person has felt. Unfortunately, crime can happen anywhere and at anytime to anyone. Just because there are gates where we live doesn't mean that there is never going to be people messing around with cars. I had my car broken in to at a Post Property and they didn't do anything for me. Said my renters insurance would pay for it, which they did. Anyways, I just don't want where I chose to live to get a bad reputation. I have NEVER experienced better customer service. Anyone in the office is ALWAYS willing to help you out if you need them to. Maintenance always follows up and follows through. I would advise anyone that if they want a great place to live in a great location with a great staff....this is the place!
