Westchester at Dunwoody is not a place that you would want to call home. From day one of moving in, the property manger has shown the highest degree of unprofessionallism (she is always on a cordless phone having very loud personal conversations) I have ever seen in the service industry. The amenities offered are wonderful if they ever worked or were not filthy half of the fitness center equipment is broken and when it is eventually fixed it is put back together backwards witch is a huge safety issue. On Fri and Sat night it is very common to find underage drinking going on in the clubroom or in the hallways. Entering and leaving the property is a challenge because the leasing staff ALLOWS ppl as well as themselves to park in the very small entry way. Make sure you have good car insurance when you move in because you car will be broken into or stolen. Most of the problems could be easily fixed if the staff or owners were service driven. I will defiantly not renew my lease with this Archstone property.
