A resident since last summer. When I first moved in I loved the place. After a while, I started seeing the police here too often, seeing ghetto suv's with rappers painted on them parked outside, seeing teenage boys walking through the hallways trying door handles and tearing up the property, trash (pizza boxes) left at the back door instead of taken to the trash bin, hearing of auto break-ins and auto thefts, parking in fire lanes, and very very noisy neighbors above me with a lot of children who are up all night. Disappointing. Diversity' Yes, from professional all the way to super ghetto! Screening is everything.
