Gates don't work, community managers don't care, and the owners promised average billing, but now have told the tenants, "They are not going to honor that anymore." It has been one issue after the other with this place. They send letters every week on your door to watch this, or do that, but never enforce. We do not own a dog, but yet a dog continuously urinates by our door and in the hall--it's disgusting, and I don't even live near the bottom floor. The speed bumps are hideous! They were installed to slow speeding and help with safety, they've only contributed to more problems with people swerving to get around them and the wear and tear on your car. If you move here pick the 1-2 floor. Anything higher will irritate you. Be careful with the carpets-this place was built poorly-our carpet near any entrance to the tile has the nails protruding, I got a real nasty cut from a nail...
