I've been here since the second building opened up & have seen a lot of the things that people here have recently complained about. I have to say the good part is that so has the management here. Believe me, I won't give all them their Kudos as some (Nick) are a bit snotty, but all in all, everyone in the office is very cordially, prompt & nice!

The security & gates have great improved with the gates normally only being open to during rush hour to keep from having gridlock in the entranceways. I've seen seciruty increase greatly in the last month or two with sometimes two patrols out there to make sure everything is going smooth in the parking lots. With the recent issuance of parking stickers, resident no longer have to parking off their floor because someone has guest for the night, and believe me, they will tow you!

I've never had any complaints about my neighbors, hell, I don't ever see them hardly, but thats the way I like it! It fairly quite other than the occassional overly sensitive car alarm going off in the garage. The overall cleanliness of the hallways has improved, but never was an issue on my floor (other the Chinese food flyers everywhere for a while, but thats gotten better).

I will say this, this really isn't a place to have a family. There isn't anywhere for kids to run & play so no wonder they hang out in the fitness room. This is definitely a great place for professional people with no kids looking for a convenient location close to the city!
