10 reasons why this place sucks:
1)Parking is a joke and illegal parking is condoned.
2)People get their cars broken into constantly
3)Trash piles up. ALWAYS
4)Thugs hang out at this apartment, making it look and feel unsafe.
5)Thugs, their baby's mamas, their kids, the whole family/homies from college park dwell at the pool and gym.
6)The parking garage is a piece of crap
7)I can hear people upstairs doing EVERYTHING
8)The construction here is done by idiots. I expect this whole place to crumble down to pieces within a few years.
9)The smells thru the halls are horrible. Once again, refer to thugs and the people they hang out with.
10)The management here sucks big time. They lie and are incompetent at enforcing rules that would provide a safe and enjoyable community.

*ps. If u see any positive reviews about this apartment, it clearly was written by somebody that works for the apartment complex. Save your money and save the stress. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!
