We moved in about six months after they opened. The place was beautiful. There weren't very many tenants yet and everyone looked like nice, professional people. The office staff seemed really nice. We were shocked though when they didn't even check our references or our jobs to make sure we even had them. Tht would explain the trash that has moved in. When I come home from work late at night there are people doing internet porn photo shoots in my parking garage with security helping. There is some ghetto dude in his SUV who gets drunk and likes to go up and down the parking garage about 60 mph squealing his tires around every turn. The stairwells smell like the zoo. People like to turn the volume up all the way on the tv's at the gym so when you plug in your headphones you will surely go deaf. They opened this place, let anyone move in, and then sold the propery last week. You should see the office staff now. They look like the tenants. Bottom line, don't move here unless you want to pay luxury prices for projects living.
