Not that things were as bad as some suggested, but the last few months have been a huge improvement since they made a concerted effort to reach out to the homeowners and address some of the issues that were ignored or dealt with poorly by previous manager. Maintenance staff rocks, as always. Parking is safe and secure now with added patrols and gate access restricted 24/7. Still need to eliminate a few speed bumps and/or replace with ones that are easier to roll over, but that will be addressed soon, I hear. Paint is fresh or in the process of being freshened. Grounds are nice as always and the location is one of the best around if you're looking to live on the top-end. Gym equipment is handled by a new service which is doing a better job of keeping everything up and running.

I've been an owner for a year and I couldn't agree more. The management makes a real effort as do the maintenance people. There are some very immature and demanding residents and I hope they all leave soon so that this place can finish turning into paradise.
