I just recently purchased a unit and everything is all good except this guy who lives above me stomps SO FREAKING LOUD.... it ought to be a law. So seeing as how these HOA fees are thru the roof naturally I complained to the office and thier responce was they have 3 times to get a noise complaint and after the 4th the person gets evicted... well I'm not sure if this ------- is a renter or a owner.. I know that all rented units come with carpet and the for sale units have hardwood so Im thinking this ------- is a owner because there is no way that carpet can ashorb that much stomping. It got so bad that I went up there "friendly of course" and introduced myself and informed the guy if he could please be mindful of his loud walking/stomping and he said he would plus he was a "-------" so I though okay he should be cool because he appeared to be cool and do you know this --*** had the adaucity to have on flip flops (DAMN) they must've been made by Gortex..... Anyways to make a long story short the ------- had not respected my request if anything it has gotten worse and now we are at a "STOMPING/BROOMSTICK" war... He stomps and I broomstick.. the bastard is so spiteful I think he has his girlfriend in on it. I've downgrading from a house and I knew it would'nt be all to the good but I'm miserable as hell because dude is "HELLA TRIPPING" with the stomping now but at any rate I just wanted to vent. Its really nice over here you cant beat the location but know if you rent or buy PLEASE------------------------ get a 4th floor unit so you wont have the troubles I have.. I know some people walk hard but DAMN....

My downstairs is so annoying. please stop annoying us and leave us alone. we noted that our neighbors at the same floor is making a loud noise, playing music even in the night, which is also annoying. now, the stupid downstairs neighbor think that the noise is coming from my room, which makes me think what the heck wrong with this BIACh.
