I have been living here for nearly a year. Location is ideal, as it is near the perimeter area and every local city and hot spot is only about a 20 min (or less) drive.
The gas station/construction area in front is not too scenic, however our apartment location is on the top floor, with a balcony that overlooks the pool area. Maintenance/security is well. Units are nice. Its sad that others gave this place bad reviews (noisy neighbors, thugs) as I have had an overall pleasant experience. Management is a little "flighty" but if you pay rent on time, you won't have to deal with them much.
Get a top floor unit with a view of either the gardens or the pool and I think you will enjoy it.
