I don't know much about Westchester at Dunwoody. I know that Madison Square is a great place. I had afew issues when i first moved in but the management and maintaince were quick and helped me fix all the problems. I have in a 2BR Loft and its beautiful and a steal for what I pay for it. Everyone is nice, there are monster speed bumps in the parking deck, new facilities, and great management team. Things seem to be good since things have changed here. I have no problems they come highly recommended from me! A !!!
