I will say this! If your looking for a great place to live then you would find that at Madison Square. However, there is a small price to pay for it. The Management and Office Staff are just absolutely HORRIBLE! Nothing gets done in a timely manner. At times I question there capabilities to do the job at hand, which is to run a apartment building. Outside of there lack of professionalism and abilities to multi-task simple task is something everyone should be aware of before moving here.

I live at the Square also and I think the office staff and maint team are fabulous. They always get my requests done the same day and are so friendly.

I hate the people at the Rental office... They are a bunch of ignorant people... Useless, useless people....
