First of all, these people don't know what respect is. We pay mortgages and rent, and if it weren't for us, they wouldn't have jobs!! I am sick and tired of particular people in the office that don't know what's going on. What ever happened to training your employees' Or, maybe he is just plain stupid. I have never felt more disrespected in the two years that I've lived here. The management makes it very hard to have a pleasant living experience. I hope they will read this and take it into consideration. I enjoy the property and amenities and think it's a great value, but I think my neighbors would agree when I say that it needs new management.

I agree. There is a guy by the name of Sandy, who just completely ignores the issue that you walk in with and downplays any of your personal emergencies.He prefers to work on panding paperwork instead.He should not be in the office at all, I wonder how he has stuck around so long.Maybe because no one else wants to work here. Its sad that despite other good agents in the office, he gives everyone a bad name. Management sucks! Don't move in!
