I purchased my condo a little over a year ago and I'm happy that I did. The location is great and for the most part the people in the complex are courteous. All four court yards are amazing and fun to hang out with your neighbors.

I had heard horror story's about the Maintenance people and the property management when I first moved in and I have to say that the rumors were false. Maintenance helps me out when ever I request and the property management has been receptive to my request. We just started a neighborhood watch a few months ago so I feel more secure then I have in any other condo/apartment that I have lived in.
