When I moved in they leasing office gave me a broken remote to the parking garage and had failed to enter my information into the call box. By the time I realized this, it was 6pm on Sat. night. So, then, of course, my car was towed for parking where I wasn't supposed to, b/c I had no garage access. It cost $125 to get my car back.

When I walked through the unit before moving my stuff in, I realized that there was a 3x5 sq ft area of bedroom carpet that a pet had urinated all over until it was stained completely yellow and stunk. When I contacted the property mgr, Roxie, the following Monday she said she'd get her maintenance guy to check on it and she'd call me back. By Wednesday when she hadn't called me back, I called her and was informed that she was, "not taking calls today because she's too busy, leave a msg and she'll call you back." So I left a msg and called back again the same day. I called yet again and while speaking to the asst property manager, I heard the property manager in the background say loudly, "Is that her'! give me the phone!"

She was almost yelling in the phone telling me she hadn't called me back b/c she had no answer for me yet. When I said, "I think if it was your home and there was dog urine soaked into the carpet..." and she interrupted me saying, "It's NOT dog urine! If it were dog uringe it would smell. Its from a heavy piece of furniture!"

Furniture' really' Someone put a huge piece of furniture directly in front of the entrance to their bathroom, blocking the door, and when they moved it, it had turned the carpet yellow and left the stink of urine' WOW. If you're going to lie to someone at least come up with something logical.

I would move out b/c of the 30 day out clause, but I absolutely cannot afford to after paying a $980 deposit to move into what I thought would be a peaceful, higher-end apartment community.

I have been at this property for well over a year and find it very hard to believe that Roxie would yell at anyone. She has been very professional and her customer service skills are great!

I'm glad that you've had a positive experience. I, unfortunately, have not.
