The staff is excellent and the location is the best in the world. You can literally walk to everything (post office, walmart, restaurants, gym, movie theater) all within a mile or so distance. The pool is great in the summer and the gym is decent.
The apartments have great layouts with pleasant neighbors. Matinance is great, about 24 hours, and they are very nice. I would definately recommend this to anyone.
Let me again stress how nice the staff is. If you are courteous to them they will greatly return being courteous to you. They also have great events for the tennants at local restaurants.

If you have to stress how nice the staff is sounds like you are the staff. As you will see from most other reviews the staff is not nice!

well everyone is entitled to their opinion. funny comment considering there are no males on staff and clearly my name is tommyboy don't know many girls named tommy. the staff is great tho, shoot me and e-mail if you have any questions tt57326@appstate.edu
