I would agree with the other review here... I would give them a 5 out of 10. The apartments are nice. I love the bathroom and it is spacious.. I've been happy with the area, however the grounds have gone downhill and I have also had trouble with management fixing things. They wouldn't replace the 70's looking wall-paper and don't treat current residents well in my opion. Their lease renewal incentives are a joke.
