Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2001
5 @ best. They have GREAT potential...but the leasing office employees will not address issues!! (ex. a year and a half ago they "promised" to replace the gas grills...they still haven't. The property was built in 1995 and has gone downhill from there. The shutters are falling off and the trim/railings need to be painted...this has all been complained about for the past 2 years!!
