The best apartment experience I have ever had

It is sad how most of these comments about this particular complex must be coming from people which have obviously not lived in a bad complex before. I have moved 7 times in the past 8 years and I have never been a part of a community like River Crossing. It is really a nice set up. The entire staff lives on site and are just a phone call away. I have had very little problems here and when I did, the maintenance was always on top of things. Impeccable service, is a constant. If it was not an emergency, maintenance was out the next day. The manager is a spit fire and is always walking the premises at night if there are any complaints, which don't happen often. There is a police officer that lives on site which helps the manager keep things under control. This apartments set up is really nice. The complex sets off to itself and is on a higher level than all the complexes up and down the street. It is newer and has a lot less riff raff (which is odd to be so close to MARTA). The floor plans are the nicest for the area, I know because I shopped them all before settling at River Crossing. The premises are kept immaculate. You can truly call the staff friends because they care. Whatever the problem, They listen and respond after making the best decision for the situation.
I have been here since 2002. The gas grills had just been replaced but unforunatley not everyone can distenguish between gas and charcoal grills THEY ARE NOT THE SAME THING.After abuse by some of the residents the gas grills were replaced twice since 2002 but now have become permanent charcoal grills. Oh yeah, another factor that weighed in on my decision to move here was there acceptance of dogs. I have a 65 pound mixed breed and after passing a personality test conducted by the manager I can live happily knowing he is with me and not with relatives or given away. This place rocks..its not for young punk kids, gangs, or thugs. The staff as well as the community sees to that. I will continue to live here until I feel I need a house.I would recommend River Crossing to anyone who wants a quiet and friendly complex.I guess there are not to many comments on this property because there aren't any bad things to say about it. If you notice, most of the the comments on this site are negative responses.
