I have lived in this complex for two years and can honestly say I have loved it. The apartments are great. Prices are great. The grounds are nice, maintenance has always responded to my requests same day. Don't listen to the poor reviews listed here. Go visit and see for yourself. Treat the office staff with kindness and respect (this is standard, people.) and you will get the best service around. Yes, the grills may need to be replaced, but my understanding is that they were already replaced once with gas grills and the residents misused them. They can still be used as normal charcoal grills. And to address the "wallpaper" issue... is that really a big deal''!! Get over it already!! So as a summary: Location is perfect,apartments are VERY nice, especially for the price (I moved from a POST property to this one two years ago, and the cost is far better for a much nicer apartment), the staff is very helpful, maintenance responsive, grounds are kept well. I offer a pat on the back and a going away party to the losers who posted a negative review on this place. You're probably the same jerks who ding my car and leave your trash outside your door for weeks anyway. GO AWAY and make our world a better place!!
