Just signed a 12 month lease. I think this is going to be a great place to live. Very bright and clean. Grounds well kept. Great garden tubs, built in bookcases and entertainment center. Fresh new feel. The staff has been very good to me. I ran into some problems during my app process and they were patient and helpful with me while I got it worked out. Price is the best in the area for the quality!
