The apartments are very large and when signed on a special, the prices are good for what you get. the complex is much classier than others in the area. The buildings themselves need serious exterior maintenence though. They have many dead bugs, dirt and mold growing on them. exterior light bulbs remain burnt out for a long time.
The staff is great as long as you don't do anything wrong. however, if a problem does arise, there is no mercy.
