My husband and I are moving into River Crossing this November. We were impressed with the friendly staff and the family-oriented community. The appartments are huge, the prices are incredible (currenly $821 for a three bedroom), and word is that people tend to stay until they buy their own homes - a good sign if you ask me. 400 is less than 4 miles away, going the back roads. Access to fishing and/or boating on the Chattahoochee is right down the road! We did a lot of apartment hunting (over 6 months worth) before we settled on the Crossing and can assure you that there is no better deal for the price. It's a bit far out but worth it. (The complex we're at now wants us to pay $965 for a two bedroom!!! No way.)
