I just moved in about a month and a half ago. I absolutely LOVE it! The staff is super friendly. I work primarily with Kevin and he is a sweetheart! The maintenance is very efficient and friendly as well. The garden tubs are great, the fireplace is awesome, and the size of my apartment is great too. My apartment is very bright because of the large windows too. Also, some things I forgot to look for at my last apartment...the garbage is discrete and located at the entrance so it's never out of the way to drop garbage off and the mailboxes are in the front of the property and well lit. These things just add to the community for me. It's always quiet and people are not afraid to walk the grounds with their dogs. Not that I spend much time walking around the property because I don't have a dog, but it's nice to know that it's safe enough to do so. Also, this is my first time living in the Dunwoody area. I love it, I have a Starbucks and Publix very close and not to mention Perimeter mall is only one exit away! IF there are apartments available...this is the place you want to live! (O:
