Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003
 
location is great - but maintenance is poor and time to service any repair / maintenance request - no matter how critical it may be - is long. Will not suggest it for families or people who cannot handle repairs themselves. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
