Nice, but needs improvement

As previously stated, they have combined two apt complexes into one. This is extremely annoying if you live in the Dunwoody side, because the leasing office is on the other side. So, you have to go over there to pick up packages. I know this sounds minimal, but I did not move over there. I chose to live here. And our gate card does not work on theirs so you have to call the leasing office to let you in. Also, the new workout room that they have put in, of course, is on the other side. Our workout room has a bag to kick and a racketball court (no tread mills, weights or anything.) They did put in a "business area" where the old leasing office used to be, but I believe is pointless. Most people already have a computer and a coffee maker in their apt. Most people however, don't have weights and treadmills in them. A waste of money if you ask me. Ants are a big problem, but they do come and spray if you call. Parking in most of the Dunwoody side is horrible. Every night people park sideways if front of buildings, fire hydrants and on random curbs because there is not enough parking. They tell you that you can buy a parking spot in one of the two garages for 30 bucks a month.
As people have already stated, the gate system does not work. People just drive on in and people wait to drive through the exit if you are leaving. I would definitely not recommend this apt to a friend. I kept hoping it would get better, but it hasn't, and I will not be renewing my lease this year.
