1. Service is poor. They take almost 2 weeks to come and do small things like changing a filter etc.

2. Car wash station is often out of order. When you complain, they will promise to fix it right away, but it takes days...

3. Dryers and washers sometimes eat your money as well. They won't compensate you, instead they will embarass you like: - Do you want your 50 cents right now' You tend to say, never mind...

4. Gate is really a joke as described in previous reviews. I think a bar that comes up and down will be much better.
