You don't want to do this to yourself!

Where do I start....
I also live on the Dunwoody side of this complex. It's always fun to walk to the leasing office on the other side to pay (since we can't drive in the other side) and deal with the horrible inept and incompetent staff. I sometimes wish that we will still in our 30-day period where you can back out, and advise that others just stay out.
It began on the second day after moving in - the dreaded ants! My boyfriend and I had no food in the house, yet the kitchen countertops, and eventually the dishwasher were covered in a black blanket of ants.
When we first reported the problem that day, they told me that the exterminator only came one day a week, and that I should go buy some bug spray! This is not service I expect from a place that guarantees 100% satisfaction on their website!
The lax security has resulted in hubcabs being stolen from my car. Anyone and everyone can come in.
We also picked a top-floor apartment, thinking that it would be the quietest. And maybe other ones are, but my downstairs neighbors disagree - daily I hear everything from what sounds like banging on the walls to screaming, yelling, and arguing.
The "kick boxing studio/raquetball court" here are nothing but an excuse to have a half-empty building that can be rented out (I guess') to people having parties at night. On several occasions has loud music been blaring in our bedroom at 2 in the morning when we have to be up for work early.
My apartment itself it nice, as in view/layout, but we found apartments just as nice for less money. I think that we are overcharged. Between things falling apart and the unprofessional, ignorant, and incapable leasing staff and management, it is not worth the money. I personally will be glad to move out.
