My biggest complaint with this community is that getting anything fixed requires multiple phone calls to the front office. And when they do finally fix something they rarely get it right the first time (or the second, or the third).
Example:
For months all of the equipment in the fitness center was broken. Then it was closed for two months while they redid everything and installed all new exercise machines. It was really nice for about four weeks. Then the airconditioning broke. That was almost a month ago, and despite many, many phone calls to the office it is still not fixed. It's summer in Atlanta; it's so hot in the fitness center that working out is a health hazard. What really infuriates me is that everytime I have called the office the person I have spoken with has told me they had no idea the airconditioning wasn't working. And I know they're lying because I've spoken with the same person more than once.
