Pros, but mostly Cons

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I moved in over a year and a half ago, and although I am not experiencing the ant problem that many others are facing, I have dealt with HORRIBLE noise problems that are sooner than later going to force me out.
My next door neighbor's music could be heard through the walls to my bedroom at all hours of the night. I called the answering service to complain so much over three or four months that the people working there started to know my voice! The front office did not follow up with the problem until I called to deal directly with the manager (why no one called me after all of my messages is beyond me). The neighbor was FINALLY asked to move out after his apartment was broken into TWICE by people he apparently knew. I wasn't feeling safe at all because the person(s) had to jump my porch from the stairwell to get to his apartment! Both times when the police came out they confirmed that this is what happened. I am a single twenty-something female and after those occurrences, the noise was minor to my safety!
Although the floorplan is nice and this is affordable rent for me in such a great location, the frustration I have had to deal with makes living here just not worth it. I'm looking forward to moving out when my lease is up.
