You can do better!

I've been living here for a year my lease is up in two months and I WILL NOT be renewing. I lived on the Dunwoody side. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to live somewhere else.
Things started off good at first. I was able to get a great deal on a 1bedroom with den on the top floor. That was about the only good thing. My ceiling leaked for about 3 weeks straight with nothing being done about it. Management told me I had to wait until it stopped raining for anything to be done. They had to come out on two seperate occasions to fix the problem. I have had issues with waterbugs popping up all over the place. Also the apartment I feel is cheaply painted, you can see the patch up jobs and some cracks here and there.
The complex is a bit noisy with music being played all hours of the night and people yelling and fighting across the parking lot. The leasing manager lives right next door to me so I guess I'm one of the lucky ones.
My suggestion would be to go one of the other apartments in the area and just spend the extra money. You get what you pay for.
