I currently live at archstone perimeter center. Everything started off okay, until for some reason there started to be a god awful smell of curry seeping into my apartment from my downstairs neighbors apartment everyday. I called the leasing office to have them come check for holes or anything, and they said that they did not find anything and that there was nothing that they could do. They did offer me another apartment, but i would have to pay my own moving expenses, which right now i cannot afford to do. I suffer through it now, but nothing seems to make the smell go away. My neighbors seem to just like to find reasons to complain about stuff, particulary my very small, very vocal dog. Also, i paid a pet deposit when i moved in and after a routine "inspection" I recieved a very sarcastic letter on my door congradulating me on "my new addition", this being the dog that ive had for almost 3 years! They also said that they had recieved numerous complaints about the dog, although this was the first notice ive ever gotten. I suggest to any young working profesionals thinking of moving here, that they try to find an apartment complex with more people like them living in it. Im looking for a house and i cant wait to move.
