This apartment is horrible. I had been living in an Archstone community and transferred here - but no one bothered to tell me it was under new management. Since moving here four months ago, I have had numerous maintenance requests ignored or done incorrectly. There is also a horrible bug problem, which I had to take care of myself after FOUR requests for an exterminator went unanswered.

The worst, and most important incident happened about a month and a half ago, when one of my neighbors set the building on fire. The fire department could not even get in the front gate because the fire key had been changed, and no one gave a new key to the fire department. We waited 45 minutes until finally the police broke through the gate to let the fire dept. in. Three apartments were ruined with the water from sprinklers, and the complex did literally nothing to help those displaced. They said it wasn't their responsibility. We are only lucky that someone was not hurt. And I'm sure the people now living in those damaged apartments have no idea of the mold and who knows what else that is growing beneath the new coat of paint - which was the only repair made to "correct" the damage.

The quality of residents has TREMENDOUSLY decreased. You hear loud music all day and night long. I can't wait until my lease is up. And not to mention a couple of months ago someone stole the RENT CHECKS out of the NIGHT DEPOSIT BOX! Not the warm fuzzies I felt when I was looking and before I signed my lease.
