first off the gates haven't worked since it changed to pointe at perimeter, the management doesn't care about the residents, don't be late on rent because they won't notify you then they'll say they gave you a notice which they won't then file for eviction. everything breaks, cars get broken into, you can't sit outside without hearing kids scream at the top of their lungs till like 11 at night. the pool is absolutely disgusting, it's not clean at all, the click cafe is still down after being changed 6 months ago. seriously don't move here
