I also live at the pointe at perimeter apartments, and since I have been here I have seen nothing but improvements. The gates now work, and the community is always kept clean. although there is construction going on I can see so many improvements already. They have an activity this weekend by the pool, as well as a movie night on the lawn, which I am looking forward to. As far as the staff, they have always been polite and helpful. I have recommended this community to many people and they have all been extremely satisfied!
