Has gotten worse over the years, and there's no stopping...

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
I lived in this complex since august 2002 when it was archstone perimeter. until 2003 end things were pretty good, and since then things have gotten worse... maintenance is bad, staff acts as if you are to blame.. and new management. what should i say about them.. they have taken prev mgmt to new heights of rudeness... no one needs here pool-side movies n socials. why dont you first repair the gates n take care off maintenance complaints and spend money there and not on other useless things... the new so-called renovation, i still dont understand why it was needed... nothing seemed to be wrong with what we had befpre.. not only was it noisy n inconvenient, mgmt acted as if if anything went wrong it was our mistake... and every week, there is water pipe breaking out n or other... if they plan to do the maintenance of these pipes, give people a days notice and not an hour before quietly distribute the notice... and how about double checking what is writeen in the notice.. like dates n times... oh wait, it was typo, sorry... i am glad i am moving out in august... good luck to you all..
