Improving

I'm about renew our lease for another year. I don't know, you have to be able to put up with a few things to live here. The fact is the place is cheap for the area, so to me it's worth it. I'd rather be able to pay reasonable rent & live in a great part of town, and put up with occasional problems. The place has improved since new management took over, although it took them awhile. The gates finally work, the new siding looks good for the most part. They have landscapers come in regularly. They even put out receptacles to encourage people to clean up after their pets. Problem is most people don't do it. I'm also encouraged by all the activities they're arranging. They need to upgrade the interiors a bit. My carpet is worn and appliances are on the old side. If they continue the upgrades without upgrading my rent $100-200 we could be here awhile longer. Great place if you're cheap like me. If you're picky, you may need to look elsewhere.
