the place is horrible to live at...specially since the management changed...the people at the leasing office are just helpless and nothing is punctual. The previous management was ALOT better than this. The gates are open all the time..no such thing as security. Before the pest control would come every month but now they only come whne you complain. Not worth the price you will be paying for.

When Archstone was in management, there was no gate system. Yes, the gates are open but only during business hours, As far as pest control, you may get pest control EVERY week if you like but Yes, you must call or email whichever is more convenient in order to receive pest control
