Disaster at the Pointe

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Was a great place when I moved in into a 2BR in Sep 2005 on a year lease. Things were great till about May/June after which the change of the management and the recent car vandalism.

Would not recommend unless the management changes or some drastic change.

One thing good that started happening with the new management was the parties every two weeks. Ice Cream Socials or Pool Movies

I was out of town while my room mate vacated the aparment at the end of the lease, the management did not return the deposit for one excuse or the other
