One night I went into my kitchen to throw out my son's diaper and a rat jumped out of my garbage. I slammed the door to my boiler room, where I kept my trash can. The next morning pest control came and laid down traps and maintenance came to seal up any holes in the wall. I was out of town for a month and when I returned there were two rats died on the traps that were in the boiler room in my kitchen. Pest control came that night and removed them. He told me that should be the end of my problem. The last few weeks I have heard mice in my walls and they sound like they are running through the vents. This morning I went in the kitchen to pour a bowl of cereal and there were mouse droppings in it. I am outrage, disgusted and fearful.
